Technical Support: General Information
Answers to most questions that you might have about our products can be found in the help documentation and in the sample programs provided with the product. If you cannot find the answer to your question and need to contact our technical staff, please note the following:
- You must be a REGISTERED user of the product. If you have not yet registered your product, you can do so by visiting the User Registration section of our web site.
- Support must be available for the product in question. When a major version of our product is released, the older version is discontinued. We provide technical support for a product for one full year after it has been discontinued. After that, we no longer accept technical inquiries for that product. PLEASE NOTE that even though a product has been discontined, bug reports are accepted and updates are posted on our website. Please refer to the list of products below for information about support availability.
- Please send all technical support inquiries to us by email or fax. We do not accept telephone inquiries.
- Please explain the circumstances or conditions under which the problem or question exists. This explanation should be made as clearly and concisely as possible. If it is difficult to explain the problem in writing, please feel free to attach a small sample program that illustrates the problem. However, make sure that all programming not directly related to the issue at hand is eliminated from the program before sending it to us. Furthermore, please compress all sample programs into ZIP compression format before sending them to us.
- We do not provide technical support for the trial versions of our products. Although we will make every attempt to answer any questions about the trial version so that you can evaluate the product. The trial version cannot be used to build or distribute actual applications and technical support cannot be provided for applications built with the trial version.

The ResizeKit C++Builder, ResizeKit Delphi, and
ResizeKit BDS were discontinued on April 30, 2007. These were
succeeded by the ResizeKit1.5 C++Builder, ResizeKit1.5 Delphi, and
ResizeKit1.5 BDS.
Technical support
for the ResizeKit C++Builder, ResizeKit Delphi, and ResizeKit BDS will end on April 30, 2008
ImageKit6 and ImageKit6 Lite

The ImageKit6 and the ImageKit6 Lite were discontinued on January
15, 2007 and succeeded by the ImageKit7 ActiveX.
Technical support for the ImageKit6 and ImageKit6 Lite will end
on January 15, 2008.

ImageKit6.
Technical support for the ImageKit5 ended on July 31, 2004.
ResizeKit (old version)

This version of the ResizeKit was discontinued on July 31, 2003 and
succeeded by the ResizeKit VB, ResizeKit C++Builder, ResizeKit Delphi, and
