Explanation
The JPEG2000PrecinctWidth property sets or retrieves the width of the precinct size in JPEG2000 images. The default value is 0.
The JPEG2000 format precinct size is measured by 2 to a certain
power (from 0 to 15). For example, setting the
JPEG2000PrecinctWidth property to 3 would mean the
horizontal precinct size is 23. This property value is
used when images are saved in JPEG2000 file format.
Note: To use this property, you must have the appropriate
ImageKit.NET Win32 plugin files.
