True: The start point of the selected Line or Polyline object has an arrow cap.

False: The start point of the selected Line or Polyline object does not have an arrow cap.

Explanation

The SelectedObjectStartArrowCap property sets whether or not the start point of a selected Line or Polyline object has an arrow cap.

It is enabled only when the selected object is a Line or Polyline object. When the EditKind property is set to values other than KindOfEdit.Select, or when no object has been selected, or when the selected object is not a Line or Polyline object, the SelectedObjectStartArrowCap property value will be False.
