Explanation

The DialogForeColorEnabled property sets whether or not the item used to set the fore color is enabled in the property dialog. Depending on the object selected, the fore color may be referred to as "line color" or "font color" in the property dialog.

When this property is false, the item used to set the fore color is disabled and cannot be set.
