Explanation
The DialogEndArrowCapEnabled property sets whether or not the checkbox used to set the end arrow cap is enabled in the property dialog.
When this property is False, the checkbox used to set the end arrow cap is disabled and cannot be set.
The DialogEndArrowCapEnabled property is enabled for the Line and Polyline objects. Even if this property is true and a Polygon or Pen object is selected, the end arrow cap checkbox will be disabled.
