Explanation
The DialogDoubleLineEnabled property sets whether or not the checkbox used to set the double line is enabled in the property dialog.
When this property is False, the checkbox used to set the double line is disabled and cannot be set.
The DialogDoubleLineEnabled property is enabled for the Line object only. Even if this property is true and a Polyline, Polygon, or Pen object is selected, the double line checkbox will be disabled.
