Explanation
The DialogBackColorEnabled property sets whether or not the item used to set the back color is enabled in the property dialog.
When this property is false, the item used to set the back color is disabled and cannot be set.
When the selected object is a Line, Polyline, or Pen object, even if the DialogBackColorEnabled property is True, the "Back Color" item is disabled.
