Explanation
The DialogTextShadowColorVisible property sets whether or not the item used to set the text shadow color is displayed in the property dialog.
This property is valid only when the DesignedTextEnabled property is True. If this property is set to False, the items used to set the text shadow color and the text shadow opacity are not displayed in the property dialog.
This property is only valid for Text and Stamp objects.
