Explanation
The DialogTextAlignEnabled property sets whether or not the item used to set the text alignment for the Stamp object is enabled in the property dialog.
When this property is False, the item used to set the text alignment is disabled and cannot be set.
The DialogTextAlignEnabled property is enabled for the Stamp object only. Even if this property is true and a Text object is selected the text alignment item will be disabled.
