Explanation
The DialogForeColor2Visible property sets whether or not the item used to set the text gradiation end color is displayed in the property dialog.
This property is valid only when the DesignedTextEnabled property is True. If this property is set to False, the item used to set the text gradiation end color is not displayed in the property dialog.
This property is only valid for Text and Stamp objects.
