Explanation
The DialogEndLineCapEnabled property sets whether or not the item used to set the end line cap style is enabled in the property dialog.
When this property is False, the item used to set the end line cap style is disabled and cannot be set.
The DialogEndLineCapEnabled property is enabled for the Line, Polyline and Pen objects. Even if this property is true and a Polygon object is selected, the end line cap style item will be disabled.
