Explanation

The DialogEndArrowCapSizeEnabled property sets whether or not the item used to set the end arrow cap size is enabled in the property dialog.

When this property is False, the item used to set the end arrow cap size is disabled and cannot be set.

The DialogEndArrowCapSizeEnabled property is enabled for the Line and Polyline objects. Even if this property is true and a Polygon or Pen object is selected, the end arrow cap size item will be disabled.
