Explanation
The PictureUp property sets a background image displayed on the the display area of the thumbnail image (the black portions of the display area) when the thumbnail hasn't been clicked. This property could be used to create the effect of window blinds being opened to reveal a thumbnail image when the mouse is clicked on that thumbnail image frame.
This property is enabled when the Style property is 2 (Custom). The black RGB(0,0,0) portions of the foreground image is set as a transparent color. The thumbnail image will be displayed through this portion of the background image.
Note: To set the background image during execution in Visual Studio.NET or Visual C++, please use the PictureUpFile property.
