How to Receive Technical Support for the ProtectKit3.5

Registered users of the ProtectKit3.5 are entitled to free technical support for as long as that support is offered.

To become a registered user of the ProtectKit3.5, send your name and email address along with the serial number of the copy of the ProtectKit3.5 you are using to register@imagekit.com. This is the product serial number that you received at the time of purchase. If you do not have a serial number, please let us know by emailing us at questions@imagekit.com.

When contacting us for technical support, please be sure to include:

     2. Your email address or other contact information

Product Information:
     1. Product name
     2. Version
     3. Serial number
     4. ActiveX or DLL file timestamp

Environment Information:
     1. Operating System
     2. Development Container
     3. Using ActiveX or DLL

Query Information:
Please explain the problem or question that you have. If possible, please include the steps that are needed for us to recreate the situation. If the situation is difficult to explain, please feel free to include sample code or a sample project. When sending sample projects, please keep them as simple as possible and still illustrate the problem. Be sure to remove all code, third party tools, and other programming, not related to the issue. We are unable to answer questions related to third party tools or Windows API.

Licensing and Technical Support:

The ProtectKit3.5 is a PC Developer License. 1-PC developer license entitles one registered user to receive technical support. For multiple license pack holders, each user of the ProtectKit3.5 must complete user registration.

We do not provide support for unregistered or trial version users.
