Explanation
The JPEG2000PrecinctWidth property sets or retrieves the height of the JPEG2000 format precinct size. The default value is 0.
The JPEG2000 format precinct size is measured by 2 to certain power (from 0 to 15). So setting the JPEG2000PrecinctWidth property to 3 would mean the vertical precinct size is 23. This property value is used when images are saved in JPEG2000 file format.
