Explanation
The JPEG2000CodeBlockHeight property sets or retrieves the height of the JPEG2000 format code block size. The default value is 0.
The JPEG2000 format code block size is measured by 2 to certain power (from 2 to 10). So setting the JPEG2000CodeBlockHeight property to 3 would mean the vertical code block size is 23 . This property value is used when images are saved in JPEG2000 file format.
