The ImageKit10 BPL and DLL files required by your application can be copied into the same folder as your application or they can be copied into the Windows\System folder (In the case of a 32 bit application running on a 64 bit OS they can be copied into the Windows\SysWow64 folder). Of your application requires files other than ImageKit10 files, please refer to your development environment's help documentation or related manuals for what those files need to be copied.
